The star from popular TV Series, "Gossip Girl" changes her hair color into a brunette for her role as Carol Ferris on Green Lantern.
"Oh my gosh, it means the world! ... It’s such an exciting film to be a part of, wonderful cast, wonderful studio and it’s an amazing role so I’m really thrilled.” Blake says about her new role as Carol in this superhero movie alongside with Ryan Reynolds (as Hal Jordan) and Peter Sarsgaard who will play an antagonist character.
Carol in the comic version is a long-time love interest of Hal Jordan, the Silver Age Green Lantern. Green Lantern will be released on June 17, 2011 on the USA.
