4. Taylor Cole

Taylor Cole portrayed Sarah Blake, the daughter of Daniel Blake. The opportunistic antique seller. He sold a painting, and everyone who bought it died. Even he knew it, he doesn’t care and this make an auction. When Sam and Dean come to the auction to investigate, Sam meet with Sarah Blake. And the love sparks starting fly between them. But, Sam still can’t forget Jessica yet.

Taylor Quinn Cole (born April 29, 1984) is an American actress and former fashion model.
Cole was born in Arlington, Texas. In high school, Taylor traveled with the Junior Olympics volleyball squad. It was also in high school she got her start as a model.
Taylor moved to New York to further her modeling career. She appeared in commercials and advertisements such as Crest toothpaste, Old Spice and Dooney & Bourke handbags.
When she visited her mother and stepdad actor, Shawn Christian in Los Angeles she landed an audition, and eventually the role of Erika Spalding for the now-defunct WB show Summerland in 2004. She relocated to Los Angeles to film the series.
Taylor has also appeared in Ryan Cabrera’s True music video and Papa Roach’s video for "Scars". She also guest starred in the WB show Supernatural episode titled ’Provenance’, where she played Sarah Blake, an art collector. She has also been seen playing guest roles in the CBS’ show NUMB3RS. Taylor has also appeared in an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as Bianca. Taylor will star as Desiree in the horror remake, April Fool’s Day. Taylor starred alongside WWE star John Cena in the film 12 Rounds, produced by WWE films. She is currently dating Josh Henderson, her fellow April Fool’s Day cast member.
In December 2008, Cole appeared as Private Rachel Mills in the Heroes webisode series, The Recruit, and subsequently joined the main series in a recurring capacity playing the same character as of the start of 2009.
Though Cole has mainly been focusing on acting, she still is signed to L.A. model agency Nous Models Management.

5. Amy Grabow

Amy portrayed Rebecca Warren, the sister of Sam’s college fellow. Sam’s college friend Zach (her brother) has been arrested for murdering his girlfriend in St. Louis, Missouri, so Sam decides to visit Zach’s sister, Rebecca, and help her investigate the murder. They discover that the real culprit is a being with shapeshifting abilities, who takes the form of Dean and tries to kill Sam. We remember that the Shape Shifter told Dean that he wanna bang Rebecca and really tried it. Luckily for Rebecca that he was failed.

Amy Grabow grew up in Huntington Beach, California. Amy decided, while still in high school, to pursue an acting career. Her television credits include: "Charmed," "Mad TV," "Monk" and "Saved by the Bell: New Class." She was also a series regular in "Cloud Nine" and "Space Orphans, and has appeared in several television commercials. Amy spends her free time hanging out with friends and family. She played Dr. Rachel Adair on the soap opera General Hospital from February 2005 until her final appearance on August 5, 2005 where her character was actually murdered by Dr. Asher Thomas (Larry Poindexter) after her schemes by helping her former lover AJ Quartermaine (Billy Warlock) getting killed who was also killed by Dr. Thomas and attempting to seek revenge on Steven Webber (Shaun Benson). Rachel was furious Steven let her take the blame for an unsuccessful surgery and she lost her medical degree.
Grabow starred in the Hallmark Channel movie, Though None Go with Me opposite Cheryl Ladd. She made guest appearances on the WB’s Supernatural and Charmed as well as USA’s Monk starring Tony Shalhoub. She also has been seen on NBC’s Crossing Jordan. She had a small role in the movie Totally Blonde.

6. Sasha Barrese

Sasha portrayed both of Casey and nameless demon. Casey is beautiful bartender who possesed by unknow demon. I think her scene became one of famous scene on Supernatural when Dean tried to banished her to hell but finally both of them trapped on basement. And they have a little chit chat.
