NBC Cancels Heroes

The bad news for Heroes’ fans. It’s official, NBC decides not to continue Heroes after this TV Series ended in February 2010. Not like in its first time, Heroes suffered consistently declining rating from the third season. And it has a rocky relationship with the fans who criticized the storyline and some elements. That’s make NBC thinks this high cost of TV Series not worth for an additional season.


Well, I remember that this TV Series brought a fresh air to-not only USA-but world with its new and unique concepts about super heroes. But it seems that the fans (including me) didn’t agree about what Tim Kring and his crew done with the characters and the storyline. Hope that someone else or other TV Channel can resurrect this TV Series and repairs it to be more perfect.
Or at least, I hope there will be a new and fresh TV Series on this genre for us.
Kabar buruk untuk para penggemar Heroes. Sudah resmi, bahwa NBC memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan Heroes setelah serial ini berakhir pada Februari 2010. Tidak seperti pertama kali serial ini tayang, Heroes secara konsisten mengalami penurunan rating sejak dari season tiga. Dan serial ini mengalami hubungan yang tidak begitu baik dengan para penggemarna yang mengkritik jalan cerita dan beberapa elemen cerita di serial ini. Hal itulah yang membuat NBC berpikir bahwa serial televisi berbudget besar ini tidak layak untuk mendapatkan satu season tambahan. Well, saya ingat bahwa serial ini membawa angin segar-tidak hanya untuk Amerika-tetapi juga dunia dengan konsep-konsep yang unik dan baru mengenai para pahlawan super. Tapi kelihatannya para penggemar (termasuk saya) tidak setuju dengan apa yang Tim Kring dan krunya lakukan terhadap para tokoh dan jalan cerita di serial ini. Semoga ada orang lain atau stasiun TV lain bisa membangkitkan kembali serial ini dan memperbaikinya sehingga bisa menjadi lebih sempurna.
